how to open word document in browser(sharepoint 2010)?

hi I have documeny library and contains some .pdf file and .doc files i want to opent it directly in browser insted of asking for download When i setweb appn genral setting Browser File Handling= Permissive then it working fine for pdf file but .doc file not opening dirctly. if any solution please help me.
