How to pass user credentials in SOAP header.

Question

I want to consume the webservice which requires to pass user name and password. I am not sure how to pass in SOAP header. If I don't pass username and password I get below error. Missing in SOAP Header

I don't want to create web service with authentication. I want to consume service which requires user name and password in soap header.
