How to perform Export to Excel in Sharepoint Online?

I am using SharePoint Online and I want to export a list from SharePoint Online to Excel 2013 using Export to Excel feature. But When I click on Export to Excel It gives below message: To export a list you must have a Microsoft SharePoint Foundation-compatible application. and when I click ok It is asking me to download owsser.dll file. So If I want to Export a list from SharePoint Online to Excel 2013 What should I do? Which feature of SharePoint I will require to Activate?

You don't require to enable any feature for this Internet Explorer is must to export to excel from SharePoint list Once owsser.dll is downloaded just click on that and Office 365 again will ask for login credentials and data will be fetched from list
