how to read and display 3d xyz points on OpenGL

Hi freind, i hav working knowledge on C++ but now i need help for C# with openGL...here is my input xyz txt file sample values.

i need C# executable code to read and display xyz txt file in 3D space (set to scale in metre..).expecting favorable reply soon from programmers....interested in 3d....
