How to read Pdf split it and the email splitted Document

Question

Good day can someone please help me i am writting a C# winforms application i do have form 1 that i am reading a pdf file and display data on it i do have split button in which is loading form 2 where user can select pages like 1-3 or 123 if is 1-3 new pdf must dispaly page 1-3 on same doc but if 123 it must be each page per document I attached my project in zip Thanks in advance
