how to read text from image using c#

Question

hello guys how r u ?

i have created an application using OCR features, in that application document is scaned by user and system reading text from scaned image and save into database.

but i am facing some problem in this act like when user scan the document and system going to read text from image that time some garbage text is showing , i dont want that garbage text ...

how can i come over on it ..

you can use tesseract ocr engine it's an open source i think it's the best ocr engine and free :) and i find an online text ocr(http://www.online-code.net/ocr.html) using tesseract ocr 3.02 you can try to use before your coding.

The details depend on the image(s) that you want to recognize and the OCR algorithm that you use. Since I don't have enough information about your image or the OCR algorithm I can only give general tips. All OCR algorithms give better results if you give them higher quality images which means clear text high resolution and high contrast (best is pure black and white). But even the same image can give different results in different algorithms. The best results usually come from high-quality OCR engines such as Lead tools. If you use a free OCR engine you can also get good results but only with perfectly scanned images.
