How to reformat decimal hours to hh:mm format in Crystal Reports

Question

I have an application where I display reported time values a decimal hours, for example 6.5 for 6 1/2 hours.

I have a request to print this information in Hours:Minutes format (06:30 for my example).  Can I do this in Crystal Reports?
