How to send automatically reply mail by clicking inbox mail.

Hi Everyone,

                     I have one button "Send Mail", by clicking this button i have to send the mail to corresponding user. In that inbox there is one link received. Then i open the gmail and see the mail. If i click the link then automatically send the confirm message  to sender mail. How to do. Just tell the solution.
