how to show uploading size

Question

how to show uploading size when uploading large file using file upload in asp.net

 

e.g.

i am uploading 100 mb size file

then process bar show like 5kb/100mb or 10 kb/100mb  is uploaded and show on .

 

i am using process of below link

but it showing process bar faster than file upload
