how to upload .csv file and display in repeater using file upload control in asp.net 3.5

Question

I want upload one csv file using fileupload control and this file display into Repeater with some validation. I have some masters table in Sql.

when i click on Button upload that time this file display in repeater with validation. In csv file some column data must be  match with sql master table data.

please help
