How to use Broadcast Receiver?

Question

How to Launch my avtivity when any app of android is launched my activity show on that app and after take password  activity remove and app launch like : Applocker apps.

When Applocker apps Enable then we start another app that  take password from me after launch the app.

so i want to use this concept in my application.
