How to use LookupField webcontrol Sharepoint 2010 in application page

Dear all,

I want to create a application page ( add a new Product)  use webcontrol of Sharepoint like <Sharepoint:LookupField />, <Sharepoint:TextField />. I try to use property of them such as ListID, ItemID, but i get an error. Can you show me how to use webcontrol on Sharepoint 2010.
