In what areas in .Net I should perfect to get better career

Hi friends Good Evening. I am Prasanna.I have 2.5 years of experience in dotnet after that I have 3 years gap in my career because I got Married.Now I am working in a company as a software developer for the last 5 Months with less package.Very less members in my company no seniorsI am only one developer so that no scope for growth.I learned MVC and WCF but no practice and I don't have chance to work on them.I have good experience to develop web applications using Asp.NetC#.NetADO.Net and Sql ServerJavascriptHtmlAjax Toolkit. Now my total experience is 3 years.I am looking for better opportunity with good package. In .Netwhat areas I should be perfect? and what technologies I should learn? Give your Suggestions friends. Cloud mobile and Web is the trend. Go with ASP.NET MVC. If you learn MVC then Restful Web API also very simple. ASP.NET CORE (formally ASP.NET 5) is open source. So in future more developments will come on. NET.
