Input string was not in correct format

Question

HELLO EVERYONE I have a database hwre i declared some column as a computed column and some as a float.While inserting the values from GUIi m getting error likeInput String was not in correct formatwhile i am able to insert the values directly to the database by sql. Plz help.Thanks in advance.

may be while declaring computed column datatype missmatch with sql datatype.please check it or veryfi it

hi jolly priya I know you r new in .net so don't worry i will tell you trick 1st read the error if you read error and understand it than you solve it self know you see error :- in error mentioned Input String was not in correct format so those value you insert in database it should be different from Table data type.
