Insert editable excel sheet in website

I want to give users a flexible excel sheet in my website where the user can creat save his/ her data in the excel sheet

i want to embed it in my .net applicaton 2.0
i know vs2008 ois having inbuilt feature for attaching office 2007 and 2003 application
plz tell me if anybody knows

hi You need to first upload this excel sheet in particular folder. Then after using file system object open this excel file. After that write whatever you want then save it again. thanks
