Installing Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010 on Windows 7

Hello:

I am beginning to inaugurate my windows 7 machine on which I am all set to install both visual studio 2008 and visual studio 2010 on it.
However I am stuck with the system requirements for both.

Visual Studio 2008 has been installed, but am unable to run the code .

Please provide a good link where I can seek information.
What service packs do both require ?

The first place to look is the readme files in the setup files (the DVD).

Exactly what is the problem? I am running VS 2008 and VS 2010 on same machine. You need to make sure you install VS 2008 version before VS 2010. Also make sure you have enough memory on your machine (2 - 4GB probably) to run both versions.

Am also using W7 and having 2003 2005 2008 2010 installed. Never faced any problem.am unable to run the code - what issue you facing.
