Is CellValueChanged or CellClick Event is better ?

Sir Please help me in this topic. Is CellValueChanged or CellClick Event is better? I am doing a Winform Project I have a GridView. It's Columns are Product Quantity and ProductRate. The ProductRate will change as per the quantity. Which event is more suit and less load?

Hi CellClick event occurs when any part of a cell is clicked including borders and padding. It also occurs when the user presses and releases the SPACE key while a button cell or check box cell has focus and will occur twice for these cell types if the cell is clicked while pressing the SPACE key. - MSDN CellValueChanged event occurs when the user-specified value is committed which typically occurs when focus leaves the cell. - MSDN So its better to use CellValueChange.
