Is good practice to use WCF Rest Service with Entity Framewo

Dear I am going to design a new system have need of your help. I want to know that. is a good practice to use Wcf rest services with entity framework? can i create a single project for wcf rest serivces with entity framework. or shoud i create two project seprately one for wcf rest serices and another for entity framework. Please guide me i am new in this level.

Thanks Bikesh please confirm me I can get it two way please confirm which one is better (1) I create two seprate project one for wcf rest and another one for entity framework and wcf can have reference of project of EF. (2) we can do all in a WCF rest serices project means we can also implement EF.
