Is there any API for WhatsApp available currently?

Question

I have requirement for my webapp for marketing through webapp within which I have to send a message to Bulk contacts. Is there any API currently ( 22-Aug-2017 ) available for WhatsApp. When I Googled it I found an API from GitHub (https://github.com/rafaellincoln/WhatsAPINet) which is when i found is blocked by Whatsapp. Please let me know the existence of WhatsAPI or else Is there any other method to achieve this requirement?
