Learning C# without having to buy visual studio .net

Question

i am learning visual basic .net and have visual basic .net standard ed. i of course have net framework .sdk installed. i also want to learn C# but don't have the money to buy visual studio .net and was wondering if anyone knows of an ide that i might be able to use instead of visual studio .net. The Key of C# program can be downloaded from this website. The Framework must be installed first. Then click on the Setup Key of C#.exe file to begin installation. Links to the .NET Framework SDK are also available here: http://www.charlespetzold.com/key/index.html The Key of C# program uses a simpler IDE for editing compiling and running C#.NET programs. It was created by Charles Petzold and is featured in his book Programming in the Key of C#. It is very fast and easy to install once you have the .NET Framework in place.
