loading database into checlistbox

Question

hi I recently started programming in c# but today I'm kinda stuck on my project! I want to load a Microsoft office access 2007 database file into a the checklist box of my project. When its loaded I want to be able to use certain collums of the selected rows (selected using the checklistbox) the reason I would prefer a accdb file is it is easy to create and easy to edit if it's not possible with an accdb file plz let me know which kind of easy db I should use ;) I tried searching on google but didn't really find enithing I could use maybe I used the wrong search terms? hope you guys can help me out!

Do you know to get data in a DataTable or any other IList object? Once you get data in a DataTable you can use DataSource and DataMember properties. CheckBoxList1.DataSource = myDataTable; CheckBoxList1.DataMember = MyColumnName;

I will try to refrase the question for you: Is it possible to load everi row of .accdb into a checklistbox? If it is possible how do I do this? and will I be possible to use the data entered in the different collums? thx for taking the time to read my post
