local database hiding

Question

    Hi..

    I want to make one software in which database that is stored on the users PC that would be accessed without any sort of connection to a server. Means we provide database with exe file..Then which database is better and is there any other option for this???

   And suppose i want to hide that database from user then how can i do it..??

please give me suggestion...

Thanks for reply..I will try it.But if we will use sql lite then too user can see database...We will not able to hide that database..ya it will be local no need to server..thats fine. Any suggestion to hide database...i obfuscate codetry to secure it with password also..but then too able to get database.

You have to precize with type of database do you want use SQL SERVER ORACLE MYSQL ACCESS XML FILES??
