I'm new in the tecnology C# and ASP.Net and I need help choosing the best approach to migrate desktop application Delphi

to web application C# and ASP.NET. My question is a whether there are tecnology / framework to contribute this migration

and how to balance the use these tools and manual migration. Tnks for help. Rodrigo.
