Miracle Virus Problem

Hello All Friends i am facing big problem.The problem is that in the particular websites database in the each table in the each column a particular html script which is actually a virus is appear and it harms and affects the website.I developed a webapplication for deleting that script but that script appears again next day.Please anybody help me i am in a big trouble and caring about website.Following is the script which appears to the each column Please anybody send me permanent solution for this problem its hurry for me. you can use string.replace to replace the  str.Replace( or str= Regex.Replace(str  if you are taking input from user using some textbox and want to restrict not to input such malacious script use Server.HtmlEncode(str); while taking the input and Server.HrmlDecode(str) while putting the input back on page to desplay.
