Mobile web Application not coming correctly on windows & mobile even after using Viewport meta tag

Question

I have developed mobile web application using dotnet system.web.Mobile namespace when i m browsing it using IE of windows Mobile HTC but the controls are coming very small. Can Anybody help me in this direction please..
