Mid-Level .NET Developer(s)
Currently, we are looking for a Mid-Level .NET Developer to work in our Tempe, AZ. headquarters. No relocation assistance will be available for this opening.
What we are looking for in this outstanding opportunity:
Our Mid-Level .NET Developer will be responsible for the development of software according to provided functional and technical design specifications. The candidate must possess expertise in web-based application development using ASP.NET and C#. The candidate must have experience in relational databases and must demonstrate proven experience in applying software development standards and Best Practices. Finally, the candidate must also possess the ability to interpret design guidelines (both functional and technical design specs) and implement solutions accordingly.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and demonstrated qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or related degree. Combinations of equivalent years of work experience and formal education will be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in web-based Business Application development.
- A minimum of 3 years of .NET/C# experience.
- A strong working knowledge of T-SQL with SQL2000/SQL 2005 and/or Oracle 9i/10g.
- A working knowledge and understanding of IIS 6/7.
- Familiarity with object-oriented principles and methodologies alongside programming standards and Best Practices.

We are looking for a .NET Architect to work in our Tempe, AZ headquarters. No relocation assistance will be available for this opening.
What we are looking for in this outstanding opportunity:
The primary responsibility of the .NET Architect is to be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle. The candidate must be experienced in .NET architecture and technologies. You will be primarily responsible for to meet specified business requirements and capabilities. The position will collaborate with various roles including product management, project managers and software developers to achieve project objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and demonstrated qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or related degree or related with equivalent years of work experience in lieu of formal education (Masters Degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of .NET/ C# experience at an expert level.
- A minimum of 5 years (expert level) of experience in .NET architecture and architecture concepts (n-tier architecture, data abstraction, design pattern, etc.).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in web development and web services;
IIS7, Design Patterns, .NET 3.0/WCF, inheritance best practices, custom controls (with an emphasis AJAX and UX), metadata-based engines, XML, JSON, asynchronous/multi-threaded development, distributed application logic processing, etc.
- A demonstrated "thinker", who can identify and implement appropriate architecture and technology in anticipation of client needs and future technology.
- Strong understanding of the importance of documentation as it relates to the role.
- Strong working knowledge of Object-Oriented Methodologies and principles.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL Server database design and tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Visual Studio .NET.
