Problem with formula

Hello friends i m getting no of cheque using running total but i want to show total also so do you have any idea how can i show it.. suppose if i have no of cheque 2 (first is 2000 4000) then total of amount should be display as 6000... hope u understand what i want friends.. thanks in Advance

Hi Naeem You can do it by using 2 ways Running Total 1)Right Click on Cheque Amount 2)Insert running total 3)In type of summary select sum Summary 1)Right Click on Cheque Amount 2)Insert Summary Hope it will help you!

In the field explorer of your report you can see running total. The running total works based on some groups also. Right click on the running total then from the dialog you can automatically set how you want the running total. Once a running total field is created drag drop it to Report footer or Group header or footer. It depends how you created it.
