Problem with installing the windows form application

Hello,

I made a setup for my windows application (VS 2008 version), but when I try to install it on a computer on which there isn't installed Visual Studio, I get a mesage "Application has stopped working". And it doesn't start to work.

Can anybody help me please what could be the problem?

Yes Pankaj, there is .Net framework installed on that computer. But I still get the error: "Cannont download the application. The application is missing required files. Contact application vendor for assistance."

did you installed .net framework on that computer? if not then first install the framework not whole visual studio. after that the error will remove.

Just checked you are followed proper steps Refer this link http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/12548/Visual-Studio-Windows-Application-Setup-Project let me know if any skip make sure framework must installed or with package then you can run exe properly. if it possible just give us setup code ill will try to resolve.
