Problem With print button in crystal report viewer in mvc4

Question

hi... my problem isin crystal report viewer the when i click on print button it is downloading the report in pdf format but i need to print that report directly from button event... note:in Internet explorer it is working but in other browsers it is not working need solution urgently. can any one help.......

hi srikanth same problem faced but not find any solution then i am convert crystal report in pdf and open browser new tab ...and working fine and print client site . so you can try same thing.

One reason can be ActiveX support. I am not much sure about other browsers but Chrome doesn't support activeX. For more details please check this post: https://scn.sap.com/thread/3420120

It usually happens due to pop-up blocker settings of your browser. Please check your settings once.
