Read Value in Dynamic Labels from Database in c#

Question

How to get the value of database in dynamic label text.

If I want to enter the marks of students, then I select the course id, then on execution of query total number of students whose are reading this course then the number of labels with the name of students should be print?

how to do?
I tried but not solved.
