Remote Desktop View to client computer to monitor employees

Question

I have a project on office management system. There is an module for Remote Desktop view to client computer to monitor employees. I was use Windows Remote Desktop view, but for that i have to logout the client machine. But I dont want to do this... can any body help me for that or any alternative way using LAN only..

I think what you need is live video screen capture of the employee's desktop and stream the video through the LAN to another computer. One way to do that is to use Leadtools multimedia toolkit which has a screen capture video source (acts like camera for all or part of screen) and it also has video streaming functions and playback or recording at the other computer.
