Resize Form

Question

Hello,
I need advice needed both in C # windows form programmatically do it that will not show window contents while resizing the form. This effect can be achieved namely by the system settings uncheck "When you drag a window to display content" but it will affect the whole system and I need it only for a given application. Thanks for the advice.
