Resource Value from Database and use it in aspx page

Can any body help me on
Instead of getting resource pair from from .resx file  How do I get it from data base and use it in aspx page in the same manner like "<%$ Resources:LocalizedText, Msg1 %>"

Plese help me ASAP .
