hello all I create a TableAdapter with the assistance of dataset and I add a query to retrieve a line to a specific field. I do not understand how to connect with the source code of my application how to solve this?

sorry for the delay i want to select the first ligne in database and test in this ligne in the row 'CHEMIN' if it's null or not. after that i want to use that in c# as message box .
