Saving File to a different Sever in other Domain

Hi,

My Web Application is running in server1(win 2003) which is in Domain1. Now I have a requirement where i have to save a file selected by the user into other server(server2)(Win2003) which is present in other domain(Domain2) where both domain1 and domain2 are in the same network. I am using C# language

any solution is appreciated.
