Scrolling Text in Winform Application

Question

Hi,
i wana display the total number of records js a 'number' of records as a scrolling text on my form application, of a table from MS-Access2007 database, to which my application is connected to.  whenevr a form open it should display a scrolling text on a label showing total no. of records present in dt table. Please anyone guide me regarding scrolling text. Also guide me hw cn i display it on a static label.
