Send Email Using Outlook Without Security Warning Using C#.NET

Question

I face Error As Below while Sending Email in C#.NET Application :
A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"  security warning
Its an  Outlook security warning Related Problem
