Send mail through javascript prompt

Question

Hello I want to one information regarding sending a mail when we enter any valid email id to prompt input box after than click on ok button then send a mail as well as when we give invalid emaild id to prompt input box and click on cancel button then also send a mail ? Please describe how can we do?
