Show PDF content in a iframe or div without open/save dialog

Question

Hi all I have a requirement to read the pdf content and show in the popup. In chrome it works fine but in IE an open/save dialog opens up which i want to suppress and show the exact content in the pop up. As the pop up is a terms and conditions pop up for a user to accept or decline it's necessary to show the content instead of downloading or save the document. pdf passed is dynamic. Please let me know if anybody have a code for this as soon as possible.

Hi Thanks for the reply. But i want to show the pdf content in the div or iframe or any panel of asp instead of opening it in the adobe reader or so. I can some how suppress the open/save dialog but how to add the pdf content in my page?(As it's a terms and conditions page it's a need to show the content in asp page with 'accept' or 'Decline' button) Thanks Vinita

Hi You need to disable the file download option Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Security > select zone (example: Internet) > Security levels for this zone > Custom level... > Downloads > File download > Automatic prompting for file downloads > Disable > OK > Yes > OK. This has nothing to do with your code but your browser settings. If you have chosen to save PDF files automatically in your browser PDF files will save directly to your PC else they will open up. You need to change your browser settings
