SQL Server Database connectivity

Question

Hi I have the following code. I have already create database Practice in sql server 2008 and want to use it in this windows form application.Please look at the following code. When i execute this code it shows me following error please somebody help me the source code of above programe is attached If you need more details i will reply you.

In the articles in this web site there are many ways for getting help creating a connection string. If you use one of them then you don't need to be concerned about the details; you can get the connection string tested by most of the tools.

The data source is my computer name and this is correct i have checked it many times.

I think your Data Source is not valid just check out the Data Source.
