Switch between running applications

Question

Hi I want to switch between running applications with a few seconds delay. How can i view the current running applications i a ComboBox? Im not interrested to show the running processes but only the running Applications for example. Internet Explorer - My Website and Microsoft Word - My Document 1 How thats possible? //f-andersen
