synchronize a SQL Server database with its remote client databases

Hi Am new to web services Can anyone help me for the below requirement. i want to create one web service and window service for download and upload the database from server and mutiple client machines in dotnet I know the concepts but dont know how to write the code and functions Can anyone please help me to resolve this. Yes This code is used to update and insert the DB changes in Client and Server. Here web application is installed in server and window application or service is installed in window start-up in many clients. Whenever the DB changes is happen in the Client machine(For this we need to create on column in the particular table called Status)by default the status in false in server.when new row is inserted in the client machine Db the db will get the row with the status=True The true status rows will be updated whenever service calling the server and client.
