Telerik RadDock vs Asp.net Webparts suggestions please?

Hi Folks In my project i need to use webparts. I have two options to achieve the task: 1. RadDock telerik control 2. Asp.net Webparts Please share your experience which one is better. My main concern is on the personalization side as we need to share layouts among groups rather than individual user. Please suggest. Thanks.
