To save selected checkboxes and retrive the data

Question

Hi I have 250 checkboxes in my project in the tree node as per the requirement(to client & employees) everytime i has to select few(around 100) checkboxes in the total . So iwant the save the selected check boxes as per client requirement and employee requirement like a hyperlink so from nxt time if click on it it should pull out the selected fields from the database .If possible can you show me with screenshots toot.

yes in windows applications actually iam new to this application which is previously developed by some other so i want add this option can share any screenshot which helps me to know where and how to use the code
