Tool for Converting Videos in Client Side?

I want tool or some coding for convert a video in the client side. Like youtube whether we upload WMV,MP4 or high volume video its converting to flv when its uploading. How should i do this please explain me.

Thats the problem I have is it not possible? How YouTube doing these things? even if we upload 50MB file it wont take that much of time. are they also doing the conversion in server side.

I have tried this this works on server side. that means after we upload the Video. Is there any way to covert video when its upload time?

Hi When the file is uploading the conversion starts in Server side only. How can we convert in client side ? While uploading the file itself you have to convert the video and then buffer the converted video to client side. If i mislead Post the correct solution i will learn.
