Two comboboxs: One as Father and other as Children

Question

Hi! I need to make two comboboxs (cmbxFather and cmbxChildren) talking. What I want to see? In the cmbxFather there is three Father's names: Steve Paul e Greg. Then each one have children (for example Steve = 4 children Paul = 2 children Greg = 1 child). When you select for example the first name Steve the cmbxChildren loads those 4 children and so one for others Fathers' s name when selected in cmbxFather. I am not sure if I am clear? Thanx Israel
