unchecking Checkboxes in gridview using asp.net C#

Question

HI i am developing an asp.net application using C# as language and i am having a current problem. Actually there is a filled in list in a gridview around 3 pages and also a column for checkboxes. I am able to check and uncheck all via a javascript.My main concern is when all checkboxes on all pages are checked and when i unchecked only 2 of them i want the rest of the checkboxes to remain checked. for checking all i am using a checkbox in the header of the column. Can anyone help me in please Thank in anticipation
