Url bane for parrental control in window forms

sir i am developing a project in c# for window form and i want to stop an url and want to show message like this site is banned for parrental control but i am a fresher and want your help for source code.

Each of the browsers will have tools that can help that you might want to use such as Protecting your kids with Family Safety from Microsoft. Also note that there are various levels of protection. If you develop and install something for Internet Explorer then it would be possible to bypass that if a young person can use a different browser. They might be able to use a browser from a flash drive and if they can then they might be able to get around anything you have done. Also it might be possible for them to excute Linux using a virtual machine and then that will bypass everything. Also if they can restart the system and execute Linux from a flash drive or CD-ROM or DVD then that defeats whatever you have done. Also note that there are sites where young people give advice to other young people for how to defeat parental controls. So computers that have parental controls installed need to not allow use of Administrator accounts when parental controls are used and the passwords for the Administrator accounts must be secure enough that they cannot be cracked by software that can crack passswords. You will likely be amazed how easy it is to get most passwords.

There are many ways to detect sites innapropriate for children and for adults that don't want to see that stuff. I suggest looking for existing software; there is plenty availalbe for free. If you need to do it yourself then my article Introduction to Web Site Scraping will help get you started. In that article I show use of the Document Completed event which is probably better than the Navigated or Navigating events to process the page after navigation. Something else you can do is to retrieve the meta data for a page. I don't know how to do that but many sites will put words in the meta tags that describe a page's contents; for many sites that will be a quick way to detect relevant sites.
