User Authentication Failure

Question

Hi Guys,

 

I have an web application implemented using asp.net membership forms. Also, it has got lots of telerik grids involved. The issue i am currently facing is the web application throws a run time error when i tried to login. But the same site is working fine for some other people. it actually works through windows credentials. I have checked the IIS, it is showing status as running. Please provide some inputs on this query.
