Visibility fo controls added on transperent form

Question

Hi,
In my application i have a form of opacity 0.01. Now i want to add control on this form at runtime.
But because of opacity given to form, controls added on form are not visible. Can anybody suggest me something abt this issue?
My Req. is keep form transperent and make controls visible that user add on that form.
